Service Description
For a starting fee of $175 up-front payment, I deliver top-notch customized item production, which encompasses the time and materials necessary for your project. Keep in mind, this fee excludes final costs like taxes and shipping. Remaining fees will be invoiced at product completion. Time will be set aside (up to 72 hours min) to work on your custom batch of any handcrafted items sold on our site ie. resins, clay products, oils. Booking fee is not the actual final price, please check in with specifics on items planned to purchase for a more accurate overall sales price. Any discounts in coupons will be applied to products final ordered and not to the initial booking fees. Please use Booking Forms to complete these services, Thank You in advance!
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations of appointments Must be performed 5 days Before the initial production start date (Example if you are set to have an order started on the 12th and know that you no longer require the services before or by the 5th, please make adequate updates no later than the 7th or sooner). Any fees paid for the initial project service will be refunded to the original payment method. All completed booking fees are final no negotiations except where applicable, a 50% refund Will be applied to any cancelled appointment. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for the refunded fees to reflect back to you payment method.
